sometimes u get so caught up with life that you forgot to cherish certain qualities in human that are worthy of praises..

qualities such as being magnanimous, generous, graciousness, chivalry, bravery, charitable, honesty.. i believe that these qualities are often not being "embraced" enough.. often which, we emphasized qualities on intelligence, wit, dilligence, confidence, compose, enthusiasm, trustworthiness, logical, committed..

a good leader should have those emphasized qualities but i believe that there are more to those that they need and those are the "undervalued" qualities.. to be a leader, you need to embrace those qualities as well and deem them important as well..

i do hope i possess these qualities as well..
