well, fats too can have holiday right! the fats in my body is saying yay! as they are expecting more company in the coming holidays.. great partying for them tooo.. lol. so let the fats have some fun too!
when i say enjoy people, i don't mean overeat.. haha. you can indulge in good food and gain some weight but eat in moderation. if you still dun get it, what i mean is that you can let lose and eat some meat but not like a dozen lots of turkey? hahaa. an exaggeration. (:
